Nomad Coffee Roasters was founded in 2019 by Marcus and Jae, two coffee obsessives who left careers in tech to pursue their love of specialty coffee. We roast in small batches in our Williamsburg shop and tasting room.
We work directly with farmers in Ethiopia, Colombia, Kenya, and Guatemala — building long-term relationships that ensure fair prices for growers and exceptional quality for you.
Our roasting philosophy: let the origin speak. We don't over-roast. We don't add flavor. We source coffees that are naturally delicious and roast them to bring out their best.
Visit us Tuesday through Sunday. Saturday roastery tours are free and happen at 11am. Dogs welcome on the patio.
